Who’s walking my dog?
One of our pet care coordinators will organize a meeting with you to discuss your needs and schedule after you request a service. After that, they will select the best Comfort Zone walkers for you and your dog(s) based on their assessment, both as the primary and backup. You will be able to conduct virtual or in-person meetings with the selected walkers. We will designate them as your account’s primary and backup walkers if you determine they are the best walkers for you. The primary walker will always be your walker whenever you order a service. The secondary walker will step in for the primary walker if they are not available.
How much does it cost?

What type of walk should I request?
Our walkers are great at gauging our four-legged companions’ energy levels, so try to ask for the length of walk that you think your dog would most enjoy. Your dog will end the stroll early if it appears to be slowing down. Your dog will go another lap around the block at the end of the walk if it still has energy to spare.
How will the service be paid for?
If you are using our My Fetch! App to schedule service, we request payment by debit or credit card. You can arrange any other acceptable payment with the particular Fetch! location.
Will my walker document if my dog has used the bathroom?
Yes, your walker will take detailed notes including if your dog has gone to the bathroom.
In what way does Comfort Zone decide who is fit to walk my dog?
To make sure they are qualified for the position, we run a routine background check on each of our dog walkers. We also perform a personality-focused interview to see if an applicant genuinely has a passion for people and animals.
When will the service fee be due?
Payment won’t be received until the service is finished.
Are cancellations refundable?
Location-specific cancellation regulations differ, but you can be assessed up to 50% of the service charge if you need to cancel within 24 to 48 hours of your visit. Considering that most visits are planned days in advance, this is done to make up for lost time for the sitter.
