Frequently Asked Questions
Who looks after my puppy?
One of our pet care coordinators will visit with you once you select a service to get to know you, your dog, and your general needs. Subsequently, they will select primary and backup sitters based on their assessment of suitability for you and your dog(s). You will be able to conduct virtual or in-person meetings with the selected sitters. We will link them to your account if you determine they are appropriate for you. Your puppy will be looked after by the primary sitter whenever you request a service. The secondary sitter will step in if the primary sitter isn’t available.
How much does it cost?

How will the service be paid for?
If you are using our My Fetch! App to schedule service, we request payment by debit or credit card. You can arrange any other acceptable payment with the particular Fetch! location.
Will my pet sitter record my pets' food and potty routines?
Yes, our sitters document your pet’s food and potty routines, exercise routines, and temperament and mood in daily journals.
How does Comfort Zone decide who is fit to look after my puppy?
We make sure all of our sitters are qualified for the position by running a routine background check on them. We also interview candidates focusing on their personalities to see if they genuinely have a passion for people and animals. Nobody who doesn’t enjoy showing affection to animals at all times of the day is hired by us.
When will the service fee be due?
Payment won’t be received until the service is finished.
Are cancellations refundable?
Location-specific cancellation regulations differ, but you can be assessed up to 50% of the service charge if you need to cancel within 24 to 48 hours of your visit. Considering that most visits are planned days in advance, this is done to make up for lost time for the sitter.
