Who’s watching my pet?
One of our pet care coordinators will organize a meeting with you to discuss your needs and schedule after you request a service. Next, they will select Comfort Zone sitters that they feel are a suitable fit for you and your pet or pets, both primary and backup. You will be able to conduct virtual or in-person meetings with the selected sitters. We will designate them as the primary and backup sitters on your account if you determine they are the ideal pet care providers. Your pet will be watched by the principal pet sitter whenever you order a service. The secondary sitter will step in if the first sitter is unable to do so.
How much does it cost?

How will the service be paid for?
If you are using our My Fetch! App to schedule service, we request payment by debit or credit card. You can arrange any other acceptable payment with the particular Fetch! location.
Can my pet's other requirements be met by my medical administrator?
You will usually engage Comfort Zone to walk, sit, train, or transport your pet because our medical administration is an add-on service. When they are with your animal, they will give it any medication that is required.
When will the service fee be due?
Payment won’t be received until the service is finished.
Are cancellations refundable?
Location-specific cancellation regulations differ, but you can be assessed up to 50% of the service charge if you need to cancel within 24 to 48 hours of your visit. Considering that most visits are planned days in advance, this is done to make up for lost time for the sitter.
