Who’s watching my pet?
One of our pet care coordinators will organize a meeting with you to discuss your needs and schedule after you request a service. Next, they will select Comfort Zone sitters that they feel are a suitable fit for you and your pet or pets, both primary and backup. You will be able to conduct virtual or in-person meetings with the selected sitters. We will designate them as the primary and backup sitters on your account if you determine they are the ideal pet care providers. Your pet will be watched by the principal pet sitter whenever you order a service. The secondary sitter will step in if the first sitter is unable to do so.
How much does it cost?

How will the service be paid for?
If you are using our My Fetch! App to schedule service, we request payment by debit or credit card. You can arrange any other acceptable payment with the particular Fetch! location.
Will my sitter document if my dog has used the bathroom?
Yes, your walker will take detailed notes including if your dog has gone to the bathroom.
In what way does Comfort Zone decide who is fit to walk my dog?
To make sure they are qualified for the position, we run a routine background check on each of our dog walkers. We also perform a personality-focused interview to see if an applicant genuinely has a passion for people and animals.
When will the service fee be due?
Payment won’t be received until the service is finished.
Are cancellations refundable?
Location-specific cancellation regulations differ, but you can be assessed up to 50% of the service charge if you need to cancel within 24 to 48 hours of your visit. Considering that most visits are planned days in advance, this is done to make up for lost time for the sitter.
What occurs if I have to prolong my service period?
We are aware that things in life aren’t always predictable. Road trips take longer than expected, trains are missed, and flights are delayed. Please let us know if you won’t be able to return home in time to provide your pet with the care it need. When you are able to return, we will ensure that your pet is secure, content, and in good health.
